Voluntary Participation
All consultations, assessments, treatments, and services offered by Longevity Place are completely voluntary and elective. Everything we do is provided only at the client's own request.

• We never require, pressure, or force any person to undergo any treatment or service.

• You may ask questions, request more information, decline any recommendation, or stop a service at any time.

• Choosing whether to proceed with any protocol or treatment is always your decision.

Informed Consent
Before beginning any treatment or protocol, we will provide information about what it involves so you can make an informed decision. Where appropriate, you may be asked to review and sign a separate informed-consent form specific to that service.
No Guarantee of Results
Individual results vary. Information provided on our website or during consultations is for general and educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this website creates a doctor–patient relationship on its own. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to request or receive our services.
Appointments and Payments
Appointments and services may require scheduling and payment in advance. Fees for services will be communicated to you before you proceed. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service.
No Refunds
All sales and payments are final. Longevity Place does not offer refunds for consultations, treatments, memberships, packages, products, or any other services once purchased. If you have questions about a charge, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Todas las ventas y pagos son definitivos. Longevity Place no ofrece reembolsos por consultas, tratamientos, membresías, paquetes, productos ni ningún otro servicio una vez que hayan sido adquiridos. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible. Specific cancellation or rescheduling terms, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking.
